ROB MILLS • One of the most impactful statements I have ever heard concerning Gospel music was in the early 1980s, when an industry executive told me that those who share the Good News in song are charged with “telling the old, old story in a new and relevant way.” That was forty years ago, and I still hear those words when I write a song. I also hear its sentiment in the songs of friends like Rob Mills.
