New beginnings • Sandra Fisher says it is time to start planning for the scurry season ahead, with checks to carriages and harness and then the process of getting fit to compete once again for both horses and humans.

Wheels or floats? • It has been a case of battling the elements over the past few weeks, but Jeff Osborne is looking forward to the season ahead and a says they are also happy to be competing once again in the west country.
